Status of Plants in March 2026

Surviving plants: all purpleconeflowers, all salvias, both Turk's Caps, one rock rose, both red yucca, all horseherb, the frogfruit, the purple passionflower, and one Gregg's mistflower.

Plants that had not come back: one rock rose, the Zexminia, the Texas Star Hibiscus, twoGregg's mistflower, and none of the three grasses.

Plants that were replaced: one rock rose, two frogfruit, two Gregg's mistflower

Plants that were added: one red yucca, one  purple passionflower, two salvia.

Crepemyrtle Plants: The small crepemyrtle was pruned back and will be replaced due to the bark scale infestation. The larger crepemyrtle will be treated in an attempt to save it.
